Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

Social Bridge has a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Users are strictly prohibited from using Social Bridge to create, upload, share, distribute, solicit, promote, facilitate, or otherwise engage with content or behavior involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.

This prohibition includes, but is not limited to:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
• Sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors.
• Grooming or attempting to establish contact with a minor for sexual purposes.
• Soliciting or exchanging sexual images involving minors.
• Sextortion involving minors.
• Trafficking or solicitation of minors for sexual exploitation.
• Any other content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Social Bridge provides users with an in-app reporting mechanism for reporting accounts, posts, messages, or other content that may violate our safety standards.

Reports involving suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation are treated as high-priority safety reports.

Enforcement

When Social Bridge becomes aware of content or activity that violates these standards, we may take immediate action, including:

• Removing prohibited content.
• Restricting or permanently terminating offending accounts.
• Preserving relevant information where required by law.
• Reporting confirmed CSAM or other child exploitation to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the applicable regional authority, as required by law.
• Cooperating with lawful investigations by relevant authorities.

Compliance with Child Safety Laws

Social Bridge complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations and maintains procedures for responding to reports involving child sexual abuse and exploitation.
